The Telvoip Billing Center is designed to provide a seamless experience for managing subscriptions, call minutes, AI credits, DID services, invoices, and payments. However, there may be situations where payments are delayed, invoices remain pending, or purchased services do not immediately appear in your account.

Before You Begin

Before troubleshooting a billing issue, verify the following: You are logged into the correct Telvoip account. Your organization has the appropriate billing permissions. Your payment method was successfully processed. You have checked the latest invoice status within the Billing section. Many billing issues are resolved once payment processing is completed and account records are refreshed.

Invoice Remains in Pending Status After Payment

Issue

Issue

You have completed payment for an invoice, but the invoice still shows a Pending status.

You have completed payment for an invoice, but the invoice still shows a Pending status.

Possible Causes

Payment confirmation is still being processed. Payment was submitted but not completed successfully. A temporary synchronization delay occurred. The payment provider has not yet confirmed the transaction.

Resolution

Refresh the Billing page. Wait a few minutes and check the invoice again. Verify that funds were successfully deducted or transferred. Review your payment confirmation receipt. Check whether a duplicate invoice was created. Contact Telvoip Support if the status remains unchanged after a reasonable processing period. Provide the following information when contacting support: Invoice reference number Payment date Payment amount Transaction confirmation reference Example: Invoice Reference: TLVP-00111

Purchased Minutes Have Not Been Added

Purchased Minutes Have Not Been Added

Issue

You successfully paid for a Minutes Top Up, but your available minute balance has not increased.

Possible Causes

Invoice payment is still pending confirmation. The payment has not yet been reconciled. A temporary synchronization delay occurred.

Confirm that the invoice status is marked as Settled.

Refresh your dashboard. Sign out and sign back into the platform. Check whether the minutes appear after a short processing period. Contact support if the invoice is settled but the balance remains unchanged. Include: Invoice reference Purchased minute quantity Payment confirmation details

AI Credits Are Not Updating

AI Credits Are Not Updating

Issue

AI credits were purchased, but the available credit balance has not increased.

Possible Causes

Payment is still pending. Credit allocation has not completed. The billing dashboard has not refreshed.

Confirm that the AI Credit invoice status is Settled.

Refresh the Billing page. Verify the AI Features section. Check the remaining credits displayed. Contact support if the balance remains unchanged. Provide: Invoice reference Credit purchase details Screenshot of the AI Features section

Unable to Generate a New Invoice

Unable to Generate a New Invoice

Issue

The platform does not generate an invoice after initiating a purchase.

Possible Causes

Temporary platform interruption. Session timeout. Insufficient account permissions. Billing service communication issue.

Resolution

Refresh the page. Log out and sign back in. Attempt the transaction again. Verify that you have billing permissions. Contact your account administrator if access restrictions apply. If the issue persists, contact support.

DID Invoice Appears Unexpectedly

DID Invoice Appears Unexpectedly

Issue

You notice a DID invoice that you were not expecting.

Possible Causes

Recurring DID rental charges. Recently provisioned DID numbers. Additional numbers added by an account administrator. Renewal of existing DID services.

Resolution

Review your active DID inventory. Verify the invoice date. Compare the invoice against your active phone numbers. Consult your account administrator regarding recent changes. If the charge appears incorrect, contact support with the invoice reference number.

Duplicate Invoice Generated

Issue

Multiple invoices appear to have been created for the same purchase.

Possible Causes

Multiple submission attempts. Browser refresh during invoice creation. Interrupted transaction processing.

Resolution

Review invoice creation dates. Check whether payment was completed on both invoices. Do not submit additional payments until verification is complete. Contact support for invoice reconciliation. Include all affected invoice references.

Subscription Shows Unpaid

Your account displays:

Payment Status: Unpaid

even though you believe payments have been completed.

Possible Causes

Outstanding invoices still exist. One or more invoices remain pending. Recent payments have not yet been reconciled. Subscription charges remain unpaid.

Review all invoice statuses.

Identify any invoices marked Pending.

Confirm whether all outstanding invoices have been settled. Wait for payment confirmation if payment was recently submitted.

Your subscription or purchased service has been paid for, but access remains restricted.

Possible Causes

Payment processing delay. Service provisioning delay. Account synchronization issue.

Confirm your subscription status is Active.

Contact support if services remain unavailable.

Network interruption. Payment provider timeout. Insufficient funds. Invalid payment details. Temporary banking restrictions.

Verify your internet connection. Confirm payment details are correct. Check available account funds. Attempt the payment again. Use an alternative payment method if available. If the problem continues, contact your payment provider and Telvoip Support.

Keep payment methods up to date. Download invoices for accounting records. Assign dedicated billing administrators. Review subscription renewal dates periodically.

When to Contact Support

Contact Telvoip Support if: A paid invoice remains pending. Purchased services are not reflected in your account. Incorrect charges appear on invoices. Duplicate invoices are generated. Subscription access remains restricted after payment. Billing information appears inaccurate.
