How to Purchase Minutes
From the Telvoip dashboard, click on the settings icon at the bottom-left of the screen to access admin privileges. From the menu items in the settings panel, click billing to locate the “Buy Minutes” section and update your minutes. Enter the desired quantity of minutes, then click purchase to generate an invoice. Complete the payment via M-Pesa for mobile approval and confirmation. However, you can also settle the invoice later. Once payment is confirmed, purchased minutes are added to your account balance.
