List and Leads2
The Lists & Leads section is used to manage campaign contact data. It allows administrators to organize contacts into lists and manage individual lead information within those lists.
This section ensures that agents have accurate and organized contact details when running outbound campaigns.
How It Works
A List is a group of contacts used in a campaign. Each Lead is an individual contact within that list.
For example:

Leads inside the list:
- John Kamau – 0712345678
- Mary Wanjiku – 0723456789
- Peter Otieno – 0734567890
Campaigns then use these lists to generate outbound calls.
