The Lists & Leads section is used to manage campaign contact data. It allows administrators to organize contacts into lists and manage individual lead information within those lists.

This section ensures that agents have accurate and organized contact details when running outbound campaigns.

How It Works

A List is a group of contacts used in a campaign. Each Lead is an individual contact within that list. For example:

List: Nairobi SME Prospects

Leads inside the list:

John Kamau – 0712345678 Mary Wanjiku – 0723456789 Peter Otieno – 0734567890 Campaigns then use these lists to generate outbound calls.

How to Access

Navigate to Campaign Manager. Select Lists & Leads.

Purpose

Lists help organize contacts for different campaigns or marketing objectives.

Click Create List to set up your campaign.

Enter the List Name, Owner, and Source, then add a small description in the notes section if required.

Click “STAGE LIST” to save the list, and proceed to the next step.

Purpose

Leads represent the individual contacts that agents will call during a campaign. Before this process, ensure your lead list is in CSV format.
