How It Works
Mail Merge combines a message template with contact data such as names or company details. The system automatically inserts personalized information for each recipient. Example: Template message: Hello {FirstName}, Thank you for contacting us. The system replaces {FirstName} with each contact’s actual name before sending the email.

Navigate to Mail Merge from the sidebar, and select an active campaign from the “TEMPLATES” section if you already have one.
If no active templates or campaigns are available, click “New Template” to create one. Enter the Template Name, Subject Template, and Body HTML Template for your message. In the final tab, add the variables (such as First Name, Last Name, Company Name, Position, and Email) that will be dynamically inserted into each message. Preview the message and its components, then click “SAVE” to finish setting up.
Best Practices
Always preview emails before sending. Test with a small sample first. Avoid sending too many emails at once to prevent spam filtering.
