The Campaign section is where outbound calling campaigns are created and managed. Campaigns allow businesses to reach multiple leads through automated or manual dialing.

Navigate to Campaign Manager, click Campaigns to begin setting up. On the new window, tap the NEW CAMPAIGN button.
Enter campaign details (name, dial method, agent wrap time, tags, number of agents, retry policy, and a description). Assign lead lists to the campaign as shown below. After assigning lists, now assign agents to your campaign. Adjust Schedule settings then click “CREATE CAMPAIGN” to activate the campaign.
How to Use
Once the campaign is active, the metrics can be tracked via the dashboard. It displays the condition of Live campaigns, Queued launches, and campaigns paused for Quality Assurance. To view the status of all active campaigns, scroll below this tab Agents begin calling leads from the assigned list. Calls are tracked automatically. Results are recorded for reporting.
Best Practices
Clearly name campaigns for easy identification. Test campaigns before launching at full scale. Monitor campaign performance regularly.
