Telvoip Recognised for Leadership in Digital Transformation in Business Communications at the Digitally Fit Awards 2026
Nairobi, Kenya - 31 August 2026
Friday evening marked a proud moment for the Telvoip team as the company was recognised as Best Brand Leading in Digital Transformation in Business Communications at the Digitally Fit Awards Kenya 2026.
The recognition was presented during the Digitally Fit Awards Gala held on Friday, 28 August 2026, at Argyle Grand Hotel in Nairobi, bringing together business leaders, entrepreneurs, innovators and organisations contributing to Kenya’s growing digital economy.
For Telvoip, the recognition represents more than an award. It reflects the journey of building technology around a challenge businesses experience every day: how to communicate with customers effectively across an increasing number of channels.
Today, customers expect to reach businesses wherever they are - whether through a phone call, WhatsApp, email, social media or live chat. Yet for many organisations, these conversations still happen across disconnected platforms, making it difficult for teams to maintain visibility and deliver a consistent customer experience.
Telvoip is working to change that.
Through its business communication solutions, Telvoip helps organisations bring their customer conversations into a more connected environment, making it easier for teams to communicate, collaborate and serve their customers across multiple channels.

A Recognition Shaped by Our Customers
Behind this milestone are the businesses that have trusted Telvoip, the customers who have shared their experiences and feedback, and the conversations that continue to challenge the team to build better.
Commenting on the recognition, Vincent Ochieng, CEO of Telvoip, said:
“Every solution we build starts with a real communication challenge that a business or customer is experiencing. This recognition is encouraging because it validates the direction we have taken, but more importantly, it challenges us to keep listening, improving and building technology that genuinely makes communication easier for businesses and their customers.”
The award also recognises the collective effort of the Telvoip team, whose work across technology, customer experience, commercial operations and support continues to shape how the platform evolves.
Building What Comes Next
As more African businesses digitise their operations, communication is becoming an increasingly important part of the overall customer experience.
For Telvoip, the opportunity goes beyond simply giving businesses more channels. The focus is on helping organisations bring those channels together and use technology more intelligently to understand, manage and improve customer conversations.
This means continuing to strengthen Telvoip’s omnichannel capabilities while exploring how artificial intelligence, automation and analytics can help businesses support their teams, gain better visibility into customer interactions and ultimately deliver better experiences.
Being recognised at the Digitally Fit Awards 2026 is an important milestone in that journey, but it is far from the destination.
It is a moment to appreciate how far we have come, recognise the customers, partners and people who have helped us get here, and then get back to building what comes next.
Telvoip. One platform. Every conversation.
